1. Description

This lesson aims to teach students about the museums they attend as well as provides framework for their interpretation of objects.

Why museums?
Museums are one of the most accessible ways which anthropologists communicate their work with the public. This lesson does a great job of educating students about the professional works archaeologists and cultural anthropologists produce and gives the students an opportunity to create artifacts of their own.
